Additional Help
Thank you for joining us at the Transferring the Farm Workshop in Berlin, VT. If you were not able to make it, we look forwarding to connecting with you and supporting your planning efforts!
There is a lot to consider in farm transfer planning, and we couldn’t cover it all in one day. But you are not alone, and there are many resources that can continue to help you on your way.
We can help you start – and finish – your farm succession or transfer plan. Land For Good offers one-on-one consultation for 2-3 hours by phone and email at no cost. We can work with you at whatever stage you are at. Available for both exiting and entering generations, this would be personalized, individualized support, which could include the following:
- Clarifying the stage you are at
- Making referrals
- Identifying how to get started and next steps
- Revising an existing plan
- Strategizing if you don’t have an identified successor
- Evaluating if you are a candidate for the VT Viability Program
Please complete this form to initiate, and we’ll schedule a time that is convenient to you. You can also call us at 603-357-1600.
We can also help you determine if your need for longer term, in-depth support makes you eligible for the VT Farm Viability Program where you can access ongoing farm succession advising.
